How do I go Galt?
Going Galt has different levels. The A level of going Galt is dropping out. Closing a business, leaving your job or just working to survive. The purpose of this is to cut off the looters. You are the enabler of the looter, without productive people, there is nothing left to loot and the system is exposed.

Many who wish to go Galt, do not wish to drop out entirely at this time. But they are unsure of how to register their disgust with the looters. They wish the world to understand clearly that it is the productive people in society, who make everything possible.

How can this be effective?

Going Galt will work only if we act together. Only if we work towards the same goal, and by the same methods. If ten of us do not go to the movies, the Hollywood looters are not effected. If one million of us stop giving them $100 per year, we start to make a difference. If one million of us buy the book Atlas Shrugged, we make a difference. If one million of us give $100 per month to politicians who vow to fight the looters, we make a huge difference.

Who is John Galt?

If you've read the book Atlas Shrugged you may already know the answer to this question. If not, you may have a misconception based on stories you hear in the media. John Galt is not the wealthy. John Galt is the man who values the fruits of his labor. Of course there are many women who are John Galt as well. While many think of John Galt as entrepreneurs, business owners, or those who are independentanly wealthy, this is not always the case. John Galt may be a factory worker, a teacher, an artist, a musician, or in rare instances a politician.

If you are a John Galt, you must fight the looters. Looters are politicians and beauracrats who wish to take money from productive people, and give it to those who are not productive in the name of fairness and charity.
